Thank you for shopping at RTKL. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms apply to products purchased from us.
Interpretation and definitions
Capitalised words have meanings defined under the following conditions and retain the same meaning in singular or plural.
- Application means the software program provided by the Company, named RTKL.
- Company means Glam Businesses LLP, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
- Goods means items offered for sale through the Service.
- Orders means a request by you to purchase Goods.
- Service refers to the Application.
- You means the person or legal entity accessing or using the Service.
Your order cancellation rights
You are entitled to cancel an Order within seven days without giving a reason. The deadline is seven days from the date you, or an appointed third party other than the carrier, received the Goods.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days after receiving the returned Goods, using the same payment method used for the Order.
Conditions for returns
Goods must have been purchased in the last seven days. Goods made to your specifications, liable to deteriorate rapidly, unsealed for health or hygiene reasons, or inseparably mixed with other items cannot be returned. We may refuse merchandise that does not meet these conditions. Only regularly priced Goods may be refunded where permitted by law.
Returning goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods. We recommend an insured and trackable service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credit after the returned product is received. Otherwise, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
