Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the RTKL mobile application (“Mobile Application” or “Service”) and any of its related products and services (collectively, “Services”). This Agreement is legally binding between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and Glam Businesses LLP (“Glam Businesses LLP”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement. If you do not have such authority, or do not agree with the terms, you must not accept this Agreement and may not access or use the Mobile Application and Services.
By accessing and using the Mobile Application and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Accounts and membership
If you create an account in the Mobile Application, you are responsible for maintaining its security and for all activities that occur under the account. Providing false contact information may result in termination. You must immediately notify us of unauthorised use or any breach of security.
We may suspend, disable or delete an account if we determine that it violates this Agreement or damages our reputation and goodwill.
Links to other resources
Although the Mobile Application and Services may link to other resources, we do not imply approval, sponsorship or affiliation unless specifically stated. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party offerings or content. Access to off-site resources is at your own risk.
Prohibited uses
You may not use the Services for unlawful activity; violation of laws or intellectual property rights; harassment, abuse, discrimination or intimidation; false or misleading information; malicious code; spam, phishing or scraping; obscene or immoral purposes; or interference with security features.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Glam Businesses LLP and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers or licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity or anticipated savings.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Glam Businesses LLP and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors harmless from liabilities, losses, damages or costs arising from third-party allegations, your use of the Services or wilful misconduct.
Dispute resolution
The formation, interpretation and performance of this Agreement are governed by the laws of Maharashtra and India. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue rest with the courts located in Maharashtra, India.
Changes and amendments
We may modify this Agreement at our discretion. An updated version becomes effective when posted unless otherwise specified. Continued use after the effective date constitutes consent to the changes.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing and using the Mobile Application and Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
